Airport Pick-up
Please give us a call or text to confirm your arrival once you exit the aircraft. We will instruct our chauffeurs to meet you in a timely manner.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
To cancel your reservation please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. You must call our customer service before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid a No Show charge No Show will be charged with 100% of the total fare
Wait Time Charge
Free courtesy wait time: first 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time Wait time of 16 – 30 minutes: $30 charge will be applied Additional $30 charge will be applied per 30 minutes thereafter
Other Charges
Three (3) hours minimum required for the Hourly Services. 8 minimum hours for stretch and sprinter vans. Airport Meet and Greet Service: Domestic $20, International $30 Extra Stop – $10 per stop within the same city limit
